What is AnyInbox?
AnyInbox gives you hosted email addresses on our domain so you can receive mail in one place, search it, and open it in the app. You choose how you use each address—for signups, vendors, support, or anything else you would use a dedicated inbox for.
Claiming a suffix (your namespace)
On supported plans you can claim a custom suffix that starts with a hyphen, for example -acme. That reserves a namespace: mail to addresses built from that suffix is tied to your account according to our routing rules (for example, local parts that share the same suffix after the first hyphen may resolve to your claimed inbox).
You configure suffixes on the dashboard. You type only the part after the leading hyphen; we store and use the full value including the hyphen.
Who can see email sent to your addresses?
Email that is delivered to an address we host is processed and stored so it can be shown in the product. Depending on the address and whether a suffix is claimed, mail may be visible only to the account that owns the claim, or in some cases readable more broadly (for example, public or shared inbox behavior where we do not restrict access to a single owner). Do not send confidential information to an address unless you understand who may access it.
If someone sends a message to your hosted address, that message is subject to our processing and storage like any other mail we accept. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for details.
Sign-in and Google
Optional Google sign-in
If you sign in with Google, we receive profile and account identifiers from Google as described when you consent in the Google OAuth screen. We use that information to create and secure your session. Google’s handling of your data is governed by Google’s policies; our use of data from Google is described in our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell your email address or contact list to third parties.
- We use service providers (for example cloud hosting and email delivery) to run the service, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Plans and billing
Subscription and payment options are available in Settings when you are signed in. Features such as how many suffixes you can claim depend on your plan.
