1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and related services offered by AnyInbox and its affiliates (collectively, “AnyInbox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, downloading our apps, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Services
AnyInbox provides hosted email addresses on our domains, web and app interfaces to receive and read mail, search, and related features. We may update or modify features over time.
- Account-based access to AnyInbox applications and web properties
- Optional sign-in with third-party identity providers (for example, Google), subject to those providers' terms and your permissions
- Optional integrations with other platforms where we offer them, subject to those platforms' terms
- Documentation and in-product guidance provided for informational purposes
3. Hosted email, suffix claims, and visibility
Email sent to addresses we host is processed and stored so it can be shown in the product. Depending on the address, whether you have claimed a suffix, and how routing and access are configured, messages may be visible only to your account or may be accessible more broadly (for example, public or shared inbox behavior). By using a hosted address or claiming a suffix, you acknowledge that third parties may send you mail and that anyone authorized to access that inbox in the app—including, where applicable, others if the inbox is public or shared—may read those messages.
You are responsible for choosing what to share and for complying with laws and third-party terms that apply to your use of email and addresses you publish. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information and hosted messages.
We do not sell your email address or contact list to data brokers or marketers. If you use Google sign-in, our use of data from Google is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Your responsibilities
You stay in control. You decide which addresses you share, what you send and receive, and how you comply with laws and third-party terms that apply to your use of email. AnyInbox does not guarantee delivery of third-party mail or any particular outcome from using hosted addresses.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
- Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- Do not misuse the Services: no unlawful activity, harassment, scraping that overloads our systems, or attempts to access data you are not authorized to view.
- You are responsible for messages you send, addresses you publish, and complying with applicable laws and third-party terms.
6. Intellectual property
AnyInbox retains all rights in our branding, software, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes in accordance with your plan and our documentation, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. User content
You retain rights to content you submit. By using features that store or process your content (including email and files associated with your account), you grant AnyInbox a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Services. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyInbox disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyInbox and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Services.
AnyInbox's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid AnyInbox for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where applicable law does not allow such a cap.
11. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AnyInbox from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms, creates risk, or is required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and revising the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance unless otherwise required by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where preempted by law or mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
